Mindful yoga is for those who are curious about both yoga and mindfulness. This Hatha yoga class is adapted to the participants' needs and includes options with various degrees of difficulty so that everyone can make progress based on their own conditions. Even those who are not used to movement will be able to keep up. No one is too stiff or too clumsy to do yoga. The course is suitable for adults of all ages, beginners as well as those who have practiced yoga before. Mindfulness exercises are included and we consider how you can apply mindfulness to your daily life. Johanna is a certified Integral Yoga® Hatha teacher and she also teaches according to the principles of the Finnish Yoga Association (FYF®).
