Welcome to Mindful Movements. We are happy to have you as a customer. Please read this information about booking conditions, practical details regarding the courses and how we maintain our customer register.You can participate in courses and events by registering in advance via our booking system, by filling in the form on our website, by e-mail or by phone. Registration is required as the number of places is limited. We reserve the right to charge a fee if you do not cancel your spot on time.
Mindful Movements Studio is open 15 minutes before and after a course. We reserve the right to hire a substitute or cancel a course due to force majeure, such as illness. In this case, you will be notified via e-mail or by phone (SMS).
Those who participate in our courses and events need to have their own liability and accident insurance. Mindful Movements is not responsible for any accidents, injuries and illnesses.
Mindful Movements Ltd undertakes to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which entered into force on 25 May 2018. The company maintains a customer register in order to be able to contact customers regarding bookings, invoicing and practical details about courses and events. Mindful Movements collects the following information for the customer register: name, address (optional), email address and telephone number. The customer states this information when registering for the course. The collected information is only available to course leaders and will not be released to any third parties.
The customer register is also used for direct marketing of our business, for example through newsletters. It is up to the customer to announce if he or she does not wish to receive newsletters and advertisements from Mindful Movements and if the customer information needs to be deleted from Mindful Movements' customer register after completing a course.
